michael's evaluation
our media product represents the social group of indie teenagers. as our two main charactors represent this group. this is used a lot in commedy horror movies however it is usualy emphasised more, to give a bolder depiction of the person.
a typical example of the kind of media institution that may distribute our product is paramount pictures as they are good distributers of this genre of film.
the target audience for our media product would be teenagers as our piece is to violent for younger audiences and fits in well with steriotypical popular films for this age group.
we attracted our audience with catchy music and titles and we adressed our audience with the use of graphic scenes of violence and creating and playing on steriotypical personalities.

audience feedback questionnaire
Filming
The location we originally chose to film was too dark and the lighting we did not have the equipment to light it up.
Because of this we had to move the location of filming down to a better lighted area not too far from the original filming location.

Final decisions made in the planning stage
.bmp)
After we had gathered our results from the audience research questionnaire we made a few new decisions about the final product.
One of the main decicisons we had not made before we got the audience research questionnaire back was whether to have the old fashioned slow brainless zombies or the more modern fast and feral zombies, But once the results came back as "either" we decided to use the fast, feral zombies as they give more excitement and thrill to the movie.
Knowing that we were going to have fast moving zombies greatly influenced our choice of location because a small room with fast zombies would mean it would end to fast.
So we have decided on a local back road that is next to a river and is rather long. This gives us enough space for the zombies to give chase. We have managed to "recruit" some Friends to be the zombies and assistant camera man.
We have purchased some fake blood and blood capsules.
We will also be wearing old clothes as we do not wish to stain any good clothes with fake blood and mud, although this does mean the characters may look out of place as they are supposed to be walking home from a night out.
We also revised our original script.
